Interaxo supports archiving and export of individual documents or groups of documents. All content can also be downloaded to a local PC, regardless of file type. Tribia offers the additional product Interaxo Export as well, which allows a complete project room with associated content to be exported.
In an active folder, documents can be exported at the touch of the ‘Export’ button. Active folders contain files as well as a lot of other information, such as metadata, logs and comments, which can be convenient to export at the same time. By clicking the Export button, the user can decide for him-/herself exactly what to export and what the export should look like.
Tribia also offers the additional product Interaxo Export, which allows a complete project room with associated content to be exported. This means that the entire folder structure is included, with files, file versions, and logs and comments. Such an export can be made to a USB stick or uploaded to the customer’s FTP server or similar. Interaxo also has an open API that can be used for continuous transmission of documentation during the project.
Interaxo has a feature called Archiving that retrieves all information from the items, i.e. metadata, logs, comments, attachments, etc., and makes the information available for further processing. The transfer can be done either manually to an archiving system or automatically if integration is set up between the different systems.
The feature is user-controlled and can be used continuously during the project. Information and items that have been archived are marked with a small archive symbol. The archived information can be locked, if required, to prevent it being edited afterwards. If you want affected parties at the customer to be informed when new information is transferred to the archiving system, there are such settings in the archive room.
